This is our flagship training program, designed to support athletes of all levels. Whether you're striving for podium finishes at competitions or reaching new personal milestones, TRUE Compete provides the structure, variety, and intensity needed to achieve your goals.

The program has 6 training sessions per week, each lasting 90-120 minutes. It is designed to keep you in shape year-round, with targeted peaks for key competitions during the season.
